Nestled in the woods on 2 acres, our family-owned vacation home is within minutes everything Acadia National Park has to offer in the charming town of Southwest Harbor, ME. We have designed this home to be both a comfortable hug after a long day of hiking, swimming, shopping or cross-country skiing, as well as a fun and fully accommodating place to lounge and play with your family and friends.  Come and enjoy the Seal!

A brand new build in 2026, this 2,100 sqft chalet is located on a quiet, walkable circle very close to town, trails & beaches. There's even a local lobsterman who sells his catch daily just up the street.

Downstairs has 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom with an office area, and a full bathroom(shower & tub). Upstairs has a king bedroom, and a full bathroom(shower only). Each bedroom has it's own thoughtfully decorated theme, window shades/curtains, closet, dresser, luggage stand, bedside tables/lamps, ceiling fans and 32" Roku TV. All beds have comfortable hybrid mattresses, extra pillows and high quality cotton linens.

The loft overlooks the downstairs living area. A game table is ready for board games, cards and puzzles or relax in the lounge area perfect for reading or taking a nap.

The spacious living area allows in tons of natural light via multiple windows and 2 sliders providing access to the large deck. Enjoy the 65" Roku TV with Hulu and Disney+ streaming included. Relax on the large comfortable sectional, or by the gas fireplace in one of the 2 cozy armchairs. Additionally there are 2 ottomans, a ceiling fan and dimmable lights.

The custom kitchen is ready for foodies and bakers! Prepare a meal for your friends and family while they hang out at the large island. Cabinets are stocked with all the essential cooking and baking utensils, pots, pans, bakeware, ample dinnerware, cups, mugs, wine/cocktail glasses and kid's dinnerware. The kitchen also features stainless steel appliances, a coffee/tea station, cocktail area and beverage fridge. In addition to seating for 3 at the island, there is a separate dining table that seats 6.

On the main floor is a utility room with washer, dryer, and a tub sink. The mudroom has hooks for coats and bags, storage for boots and shoes, a bench and a side table. Off the mudroom, a closet contains a high chair and a pack'n'play crib for families with little ones, as well as extra camp chairs, and a cooler for use outdoors or at the beach.

Outside you will be surrounded by 2 secluded acres of pines, maples and more. Enjoy watching birds and neighborhood deer go by while listening to the sound of the breeze in the trees as you lounge on the deck. Outdoor furnishings include Adirondack chairs, a glider, a sun lounger and an outdoor dining table. Grill on the propane BBQ, and spend your evenings around the fire pit enjoying great conversations, camp stories and sing-alongs.
